Is it a dry shampoo?
No, our Powder Based shampoos are in a dry form but they are ''real'' shampoos and when activated with water, will cleanse your hair.

Does it lather?
Sure does. Our Powder shampoos turn from a powder form to a luxurious lather when activated with water. It is nothing like you have experienced before. And best of all, this lather is obtained with any sulphates nor palm oil derivatives. Our secret? A coconut based surfactant that is usually used in baby shampoos.

Why is Dust&Glow's Powder-based Shampoo better than solid bars?
To be honest, we like the concept of solid bars. Like us they are waterless and plastic free. But they didn't quite work for our founder Gaelle.....and made her hair flat & limpy, plus she wasn't a fan of the mess in her bathroom. Our shampoo concentrates are ideal for anyone who wants a low-waste, plastic-free hair routine, but hasn't had luck with shampoo bars or conditioners. And we promise they are mess-free, easy to use and amazing for travel!

Is this shampoo designed for color-treated or damaged hair?
Yes, this sulphate-free shampoo has specifically formulated for color-treated, dry or damaged hair.. It is designed to provide extra TLC and nourishment. It is also safe post Keratin treatment. For dry hair we recommend following up with our Powder Based Conditioner.

Does Dust&Glow's Powder-based Shampoo cater to curly hair needs?
Absolutely! Our shampoo is suitable for curly hair types. It cleanses and hydrates curls while maintaining their natural shape and bounce. It is also sulphate-free & silicone free.

Do not change the formula!

I have been searching for a shampoo for over a year now that doesn't contain cocamidopropyl betaine or fragrance. I've finally found it. Wow, my fine limp hair has never been so soft and manageable. I now wash it every 3rd day. Please do not change the formula as I'm allergic to Balsam of Peru as well and find it extremely difficult to find products that don't cause a skin reaction. Great gentle cleanser

I was pleasantly surprised with this powder to lather cleanser. Lathers really well, feels good on the skin, and non-irritating for my sensitive skin. So good to know I'm avoiding yet another plastic tube in the bathroom too!

Dry Shampoo

The first time I tried this, I wasn’t overly impressed. But I love the ingredients in it, so a few months later, I gave it another go.
I went a week between shampoos. Never have I been able to do this before. My hair still feels soft, even after a week. Now I’m impressed, I’ve ordered more refills.

I am going on a cruise in September so as yet I have not opened any item. They look so cute and I am looking forward to using them.

I love everything I’ve used from dust & glow. I can’t recommend enough. I’m prob waterless, but even in waterless products I’ve sometimes got some reaction, not with these two, they are the most gentle things I’ve used!
